Back in 2006 and on a quest to serve authentic Italian pizza in Oslo, Håvard embarked on a culinary journey to Italy, gaining all the pizza knowledge he could get from locals. An Italian grandma handed him her 100-year old family recipe for tomato sauce which inspired him to create the perfect pizza sauce. Back home and filled with passion for pizza, he opened the doors of his first Cin Cin restaurant in 2007, ready to revolutionize the pizza scene in Oslo.

Since day one Cin Cin has been a success, winning the hearts of both customers and critics. They never compromise on quality, focusing on serving exquisite pizza with the perfect texture and taste. After the original Cin Cin closed its doors, they reopened in a secluded backyard passage right in the heart of the city and serve their delightful pizza at other establishments like the culture house, Røverstaden beneath the majestic concert house in Oslo. Still going strong, Håvard looks forward to keeping the level of pizza quality sky-high in Oslo and plans an abundance of cultural events connected to Cin Cin in the near future.
